Strategically located minutes from both O’Hare International Airport and the Carol Stream USPS Regional mail processing facility, the new location will expand the company’s multi-site wholesale and retail lockbox network to serve the remittance processing needs in the Midwest market.

3 Point Alliance has expanded operations of all business capabilities and is now offering services for Canadian financial institutions, utilities, cable providers, healthcare organizations, local governments, and any company requiring remittance processing, maintenance, business continuity and financing strategies and solutions.

This solution was created to offer a new level of customer experience in billing – for both 3 Point Alliance clients and their customers – as the technology streamlines processes both internally and externally in the payment process.

This capability provides online/email invoice presentment and payment for ACH/Credit Card payments with an online digital document repository that provides instant access to related documents to streamline billing and payment for both B2C and B2B environments.
