Turn-key Managed Services

Through our affiliation with Equipment Leasing Organization, a nationally recognized finance company, we are able to finance all hardware requirements including but not limited to: computers, data processing equipment, ups systems, diesel generators, HVAC, and telecommunication systems.

Once the fit out of the facility is completed, and a certificate of occupancy is issued, the service contract commences. Typical commitments range from 5-10 years, enabling BCS to amortize the costs of the venture into an affordable monthly fee for our users.

Bundled Cost Structures

BCS utilizes its network of construction and equipment vendors (VARS) to secure favorable pricing on every facet of the planning and installation phase. By taking advantage of our borrowing power, we are able to leverage each transaction with banks and other lenders to secure the most favorable terms and interest rates.

Since all of the equipment is capitalized on our books rather than the client’s, we are able to offer various forms of “refreshment” to our users, without having to incur onerous prepayment penalties or book value considerations.

BCS typically charges our clients a management service fee during the construction phase of a site.

24/7 Customer Support

BCS personnel are available 24/7 to monitor each of our sites. Since the facilities we typically develop become an active node on the user's network, they are ‘live’ all of the time. This allows our users to switch to the recovery location instantaneously in the event of an interruption.
